EY Entrepreneur Of The Year

EY Entrepreneur of the Year

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year program is a global program celebrating the spirit and contribution of the worlds most exceptional entrepreneurs who collectively help shape our future. The EY Entrepreneur of the Year program has recognised over 1,500 entrepreneurs in Australia since its launch in 2001 with the overall global winner being announced in Monte Carlo.

The founders of Roubler bring with them significant experience and successes in prior ventures within the Human Resources and Payroll space having founded and built one of Australia’s largest privately owned workforce management companies. Recruiting and managing tens of thousands of employees, dealing with millions of timesheets and hundreds of millions in employee wages. This success was recognised when the business was named as a finalist in the 2011 EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Australia. The founders bring decades of experience in managing shift based workforces across hundreds of workplaces and regions for themselves bringing a uniquely intimate understanding of the dynamics, challenges and opportunities in managing these workforces. They truly understand what our customers are looking for and the challenges they face managing their staff.

The decision to embark on the journey to create a global HR and payroll technology platform was made 2012 whilst the founder was studying at MIT in Boston. After investing millions of dollars and years ensuring the absolute best technology was built, Roubler appeared in the market and has quickly followed previous successes, quickly becoming an international business with some of the worlds leading brands.

Roubler is a ground breaking all in one HR platform which exemplifies the qualities of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards by challenging the status quo, creating new markets and opportunities that disrupt the traditional methods or businesses. Roubler is the only truly genuine end to end HR and payroll platform available.
