In 2012, on a train somewhere between New York and Boston, during a journey to an MIT business program, Roubler’s founder, Andrew Northcott, developed the initial concepts of what would create a much better way for businesses to manage and pay their workforce. Andrew sold his business which at the time was one of Australia’s largest privately owned workforce businesses and began planning a product that would fully automate HR and payroll functions on one seamless platform.
With the vision for Roubler in place and his understanding of the challenges of managing large complex shift-based workforces, Andrew and his team began building a system which could provide significant operational efficiencies, benefits and cost savings to employers struggling with multiple, outdated systems.
Roubler is now the only workforce management system that genuinely defies industry norms with its ability to give employers an end-to-end solution for onboarding, rostering, T&A and payroll. Roubler’s customers can be found around the globe, supported by offices in Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Philippines and Hong Kong.
Roubler has achieved significant international success to date and the road map ahead is an exciting one. Continued, significant investment is being driven into developing greater capability in artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation to allow our customers achieve truly efficient workforce and payroll processes.
