Customer Success Manager

Roubler is seeking a new team member! As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Roubler customers receive a unique world class onboarding experience. 

Roubler, founded by BRW Fast 100 Entrepreneur Andrew Northcott, is a new and exciting technology business offering a seamless end to end HR & Workforce Management software platform across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Having recently launched in the Australian market, Roubler is looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager to achieve a high quality and world class experience for new customers. 

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the management, execution and continual innovation of Roubler’s world class customer onboarding experience! You will join an existing team that is extremely passionate about customer experience, creativity, thought leadership and innovation. Being an exciting new role within Roubler, it will be your responsibility to work with Senior Management to execute Roubler’s customer success strategy by designing, implementing and managing the entire customer onboarding experience.


  • Execution of Roubler’s Customer Success Strategy
  • Management of Roubler’s world class customer onboarding process
  • Continual improvement of Roubler’s systems and processes
  • Effective thought & creative leadership
  • Customer satisfaction and user experience
  • Quality control and process ownership


You will be able to work with all areas of the business to ultimately deliver the best possible onboarding experience for our customers. A good knowledge of quality / process management is desired as well as an energetic passion for  world class customer service.
