How to use the Roster excel download

Step 1

Fill in the period start and end dates, award and shift information at the top of the roster.

Step 2

Fill in each employee’s name, per-hour rate (if using the costed version) and division on the left-hand side. You can either copy a different excel roster page for each store or division alternatively for smaller workforces itemise by division, employment type, shift or roster pattern.

Step 3

Notify employees of their upcoming shifts by printing the sheet as a PDF and emailing, texting or adding to your online noticeboard.
