Employees can view and edit their employee payroll information through the mobile app or online cloud portal. View and Edit personal payroll information, emergency contact, banking and super fund details, upload their own profile picture.

Employee Leave Management

Leave management has traditionally been an issue for large workforces and payroll teams. Roubler allows employees and managers to interact directly through the cloud based web portal or mobile app. Employees can submit leave requests at any time to their manager and once actioned the employees receives a notification. Management can view a calendar and manage leave through Roubler to ensure staffing levels are maintained.

Expense Management

Employees can submit expense claims and be reimbursed through Roubler with management approving or declining the expense based on an attached / scanned receipt or tax invoice. Payroll management of expense claims is easy with all approved expense claims being automatically applied in the payroll process. The employee can view all expense claims at anytime from their mobile app or online portal.

Time & Attendance

Employees can create, edit and submit timesheets via the mobile app or web portal for each shift worked. These timesheets are automatically and in real time available for the managers approval before being instantly submitted for payroll processing. Shift Unavailability

Ensuring efficiency and transparency in the scheduling process is critical. The employee self service portal and mobile app drive proactive employee / management communication. Employees can enter the days they are unavailable ensuring that management can efficiently create employee schedules only to those staff who are available for those specific shifts.

Employee Calendar

The employee calendar view provides each employee with a view of leave, unavailability, rostered shifts and other employees approved leave. This feature is hugely popular and allows the employees to proactively manage their working schedule.

Pay slips & payment summaries

Employees have access to view, download and email directly from the online portal or mobile app their payment summaries and pay slips.

Documentation

All employee submitted documents such as leave requests, expense reimbursements / claims, receipts, pay slips and payment summaries along with employment policies and contracts are available through the cloud portal or mobile app.
