2020 will be Roubler’s year of innovation. Over the second half of 2019 we made some big improvements to our platform, and now we’re ready to build from this foundation and deliver some genuine game-changers. I’m especially excited to launch some artificial intelligence features that will optimise day-to-day operations. We’re also working on some new features that will provide our customers with meaningful insights to empower their decision making processes.

This year I’m looking forward to building up the client success team, which will give us more time to focus on each individual customer and get to know them even better. My motto for 2020 is “automate everything”, which means we’ll be transforming our processes to make them simpler for us, and simpler for our customers too. In particular, implementation will soon become super streamlined – I can’t wait!
