The Roubler system is built in the cloud on a single codebase so we can provide you with faster updates, and you can achieve greater productivity and efficiency in completing HR tasks.

Data management centers worldwide

Data management and back ups.

Roubler’s software is cloud-based using AWS (Amazon Web Services) which is certified in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS so data is maintained with the highest practical levels of security. Our data is hosted in centres in Sydney (Australia), Singapore and Dublin (Ireland).

Our backups are verified and recovered at least monthly into our staging environment which is used to test the backups are correct. This staging environment is an exact replica of our production environment. You have full control over data visibility and access.

Uptime over the last 12 months for the software has been 99.82%. The on-premise clocking tool has caching in the event of an outage so clocking software has recorded a 100% uptime except for customer hardware failures.

Roubler also monitors technical performance round the clock. In the event of technical issue, Roubler receives an automated message from our cloud hosting service which we immediately assess and determine whether action is necessary. In the event of an actual outage all manager-level staff are notified via email.

Security practices.

Security is paramount, so we continually build, improve and update our security system and maintain our platform to the highest of standards.

We have independent on-site audits of our security and operational practices on an annual basis and retain the services of a third party who independently review our adherence to best practice standards and monitor the performance and security of our production environment.

We use OAuth to manage user security, including single sign-on. OAuth is the industry standard for user authentication and authorisation technology and is the most robust security platform of its type available. OAuth enables us to provide our customers with two-factor authentication. On request, we can also use OAuth to connect Roubler with Office 365 giving your team even fewer passwords to remember.

Sensitive data such as passwords undergo 256-bit encryption with a 1,024-bit salt.

Software integrations.

HR systems: Roubler replaces the need for multiple HR software platforms so does not integrate with any other HR software. However, we work with you to import employee details from existing HR systems during set-up of the platform and will provide a file format to receive this information.

Accounting systems: Roubler has API integration capabilities with most third-party accounting systems including Xero, QuickBooks, Saasu and NetSuite. Roubler also provides 25+ journal mapping formats for easy upload to other accounting packages.

User access.

Roubler can be used to manage your workforce of 10 to 10,000+ employees. You have the flexibility to determine what level of access each employee has.

Roubler’s interface – for both managers and employees – can be accessed via a number of browsers including Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.

Employees can also access their profile and roster via the free mobile app supported on both Apple iOS and Android marketplaces. Roubler’s HR & payroll app provides flexibility and connectivity for both employees and employers anywhere, anytime.
