  2. Courtesy \u2013 manners, etiquette, business etiquette, gracious, says please and thank you, respectful<\/li>\n
  3. Flexibility \u2013 adaptability, willing to change, lifelong learner, accepts new things, adjusts, teachable<\/li>\n
  4. Integrity \u2013 honest, ethical, high morals, has personal values<\/li>\n
  5. Interpersonal Skills \u2013 nice, personable, sense of humour, friendly, empathetic, positive<\/li>\n
  6. Attitude \u2013 optimistic, enthusiastic, encouraging, happy, confident<\/li>\n
  7. Professionalism \u2013 businesslike, poised<\/li>\n

    Improving interpersonal communication in the workplace<\/h3>\n

    Poor communication between employers and employees, and within teams, can harm the business in a variety of ways. If a manager is unable to clearly communicate tasks, workers can quickly become frustrated and disconnected with the business goals. Morale can be affected, as can the sense of \u2018team\u2019 that guides projects to success.
