Many business owners are struggling to simply make ends meet, while the most innovative are finding new ways to stimulate cash flow to survive this period of uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After all, even when social distancing measures are enforced, and over the coming weeks as these regulations are eased, people still need products, services, and at-home entertainment and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe wholeheartedly that you are more resilient than you give yourself credit for. While tough decisions might have to be made, it\u2019s also a good idea to think about how you can restructure your team and give them new tasks and responsibilities. Set up a team video call or chat group and brainstorm away!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have a plan of <em>what <\/em>you can offer, and <em>who <\/em>will be responsible, it\u2019s time to plan <em>how <\/em>you\u2019ll get it to the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distribute digitally<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/379046\/worldwide-retail-e-commerce-sales\/\">Global e-commerce and online sales<\/a> figures are growing every year, and with COVID-19 ramping up the need for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nielsen.com\/au\/en\/insights\/article\/2020\/covid-19-the-unexpected-catalyst-for-tech-adoption\/\">tech adoption<\/a>, this is the perfect opportunity to fast-track your shift to online and <a href=\"https:\/\/websitebuilder.org\/m-commerce-statistics\/\">mobile-friendly operations<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t already have a website or e-commerce platform, now is the time to get one as there are a number of cost-effective options out there like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wix.com\/ecommerce\/website\">Wix <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shopify.com\/\">Shopify<\/a>.
