Recruiting and managing tens of thousands of employees, dealing with millions of timesheets and hundreds of millions in employee wages. This success was recognised when the business was named as a finalist in the 2011 EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Australia. The founders bring decades of experience in managing shift based workforces across hundreds of workplaces and regions for themselves bringing a uniquely intimate understanding of the dynamics, challenges and opportunities in managing these workforces. They truly understand what our customers are looking for and the challenges they face managing their staff.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to embark on the journey to create a global HR and payroll technology platform was made 2012 whilst the founder was studying at MIT in Boston.
