For business owners in the hospitality and retail industries, now is the time to wipe away the last of the festive season cobwebs, polish up those new year\u2019s resolutions, and embrace the digital revolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Roubler, we\u2019ve returned from the holiday season refreshed\nand ready to roll out some groundbreaking new features that are guaranteed to transform\nthe way you do business for the better. Here\u2019s what our team has to say about\nwhat\u2019s on the cards for the year ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alan McCabe, Chief Technology Officer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2020 will be Roubler\u2019s year of innovation.&nbsp;Over the\nsecond half of 2019 we made some big improvements to our platform, and now we\u2019re\nready to build from this foundation and deliver some genuine game-changers. I\u2019m\nespecially excited to launch some artificial intelligence features that will\noptimise day-to-day operations. We\u2019re also working on some new features that\nwill provide our customers with meaningful insights to empower their decision\nmaking processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ayesha Rountree, Client Success Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year I\u2019m looking forward to building up the client\nsuccess team, which will give us more time to focus on each individual customer\nand get to know them even better. My motto for 2020 is \u201cautomate everything\u201d,\nwhich means we\u2019ll be transforming our processes to make them simpler for us,\nand simpler for our customers too. In particular, implementation will soon become\nsuper streamlined \u2013 I can\u2019t wait!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Andrew Northcott, Chief Executive Officer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s always exciting to embark on a new year \u2013 it provides a\nperfect opportunity to rethink your approach, set new goals and break away from\nthe status quo. In 2019 we created a wonderful foundation for our customers\nacross the globe, and our focus in 2020 will be on continuing to deliver value by\ncreating some truly innovative world-class features. It will be quite\nincredible to see where we will be in 12 months\u2019 time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nigel Ritson, VP and Director, South East Asia and Africa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\nwe will continue our absolute obsession with our customers, to make their life as\neasy as possible and bring them a streamlined way of working.
