All employees in their location will be notified that a shift is available via email and push notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">The shift remains in the employee\u2019s roster until it is accepted by another employee. If it cannot be swapped, the responsibility to work that shift remains with the employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Roubler\u2019s shift swapping function works on a first come first served basis. It can be easily turned on and off from within the Roubler manager portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-normal-font-size\">Once the swapped shift is accepted by another employee, the roster is automatically updated for both employees.
