From when someone makes application we’re able to go through the interview process. If they’re successful they go away with a login and onboard themselves, essentially. So, that’s the start of the whole process and then right through to payroll it all follows through. Whether we are putting on two people or putting on 150 people it really doesn’t impact our business because the systems and processes are already in place and Roubler takes care of that. All we do is check it once a week.

With compliance and regulation, the aged care industry is more and more scrutinised. Our regulatory obligations are huge. So, having a system like this that goes through many of the accreditation standards to do with our continuous improvement, our Human Resources all in one spot that has to deal very quickly, is a huge benefit. And it means we can demonstrate we are improving and we are compliant, just by opening up the system and showing the assessors and regulators what we are doing. For us it’s a step into the new world.

The beauty of managing our staff with Roubler is because we have quite a large number of staff, if there is a change of shifts (we do shift-work and so forth), or often people will phone in sick or phone in and say they are unavailable, with Roubler I can check to see who I can replace them with.
