Get onboard.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Roubler\u2019s Employee Self Service software enables you to fill out employee profile information and complete onboarding tasks such as signing contracts or agreements, reading policies, providing medical information and recording your qualifications and licenses all on your mobile phone. You\u2019re then ready to go before your first shift: no need to bring personal documents to work or fill out numerous forms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Manage your shifts.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

View your roster\/schedule and swap shifts with other employees without the need for a diary. You can also advise your manager about your unavailability on a recurring or one-off basis. Your unavailability information is synchronised with our rostering feature so you won\u2019t be placed on a shift when you aren\u2019t available.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Apply for leave.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Apply for leave quickly and easily via the Employee Self Service app. Your application will be sent directly to your manager for approval. Once approved, the Roubler end-to-end system ensures that your leave dates are synchronised with our rostering feature so you aren\u2019t placed on a shift when you are on leave.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You can access your employee profile via the Roubler Employee Self Service app or through the or online cloud portal at any time. View and edit your contact details, personal payroll information, emergency contact, banking and super fund details and upload a profile picture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Receive notifications.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll receive notifications via SMS and email when your roster is available, if any changes are made to your roster, when leave or unavailability is approved and when your timesheet and payslips are ready to view. You can then view these via the Employee Self Service app or online portal whenever you are ready.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Paperless clock-in.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When your employer uses Roubler, you\u2019ll clock in at work using the Roubler mobile timeclock on a Samsung tablet.
